Ben's Christmas Present
Ben's Christmas present was a gift certificate from his girlfriend for a one-on-one guided run. After discussing Ben's needs over the phone, we put together a bespoke day involving lots of running, lots of cafe stops as well as some navigation training snuck in for good measure.
We were lucky to have a sunny day, but the wind chill was sufficient to freeze us as Ben and I ran to Snowdon summit, fighting 60mph gusts, then up over the Moel Eilio Ridge to make a lovely 4 hour run.
We were pretty chuffed to hear that Ben thought it was one of the best presents he's had! Cheers Ben!
